Full payment is expected at the time services are performed. We believe your dental health should never be compromised due to finances and we always aim to provide you with the best dental services.
As a courtesy to our patients, we will gladly help you submit your claims on your behalf to your dental insurance provider. Co-payment (the portion of payment that is the responsibility of the patient) is due at the time of treatment. Once reimbursement of services is received, you will be notified if there is a credit on your account or if a balance is due. Any uncovered amounts or unpaid claims are the responsibility of the patient to pay in full.
We are also happy to provide patients with the option of Health Smart funding. Health Smart is an independent company that can provide financial services for patients.
